I submitted my application online and within a week I got an email from the recruiter.
I had a first - and very pleasant - interview with him on the phone (30 minutes - mostly about motivation and background). After that, he emailed me a case to prepare and send back to him. A couple of days after I submitted the case I was invited me for an onsite interview. I interviewed with a Tech Lead and a Business Analyst and heard on the same day they would like to invite me for the next round. The next round was a panel and required a case presentation (3 hours in total). Many probing questions but in the end I was invited to their office again, when I received an offer. Very positive experience - everyone was rather professional and yet super friendly.

Entrevista
It was a long process. I had 3 calls which included two assessments and a last interview at the end with the hiring manager. Everyone was super friendly during the entire time. I got feedback in all the steps of the process.
This post is just for mentioning that this company rejects people just by the name. They wrongly assumed that I was abroad because of my name.
When I pointed out that I was living in the city of the vacancy , that was written in the first page below my name, they replied after 30 seconds that I didn’t match the profile 😂.
