In person interview with a panel of two members of staff, conducted in a family room. The interview process was outlined at the begining and questions were read fairly by each member of staff. the team were welcoming and acomodating and understood the sensitivity of the situation and did their best to aleviate any tension or nervousness

Friendly interview that took place at the clinic in Hove in the school area. Thee were a number of experience and scenario-based questions and the interview lasted around one hour. Overall a positive experience
