The interview process took 6 weeks. i had 5 interviews in total. The final interview I had to present my campus project. This project was very time consuming . In the end I didn't get an offer. The hiring manager hired a friend that did not have any publishing, educational, IT, or sales background. Obviously the manager had no intention of hiring me- only going through the hr process. I asked if I could get a debrief on areas that I could work on and improve. I didn't get a response. I only got a short email from the recruiter telling me the job was offered to someone else. I invested a lot of time - show candidates respect that just went thru such a lengthy process. Unprofessional
