Skype screen. Interviewer did not look into the camera, video was poor on his end. It was primarily focused on my team/project leadership skills, with a couple of technical questions. I feel like I had no trouble with the questions. However, I did not get a good vibe from the interviewer, he seemed to be hurried, distant and not engaged in the interview. He did not look directly into the camera. The video quality from his end was poor, so it was impossible to see his facial expression. He was difficult to understand. Based on his personality, I would not want to work for him.
