I got a call a hour or two after applying for this job on Indeed. The gentleman who called me was named Mike Wild. I had a delightful, engaging conversation with him and it went so well he told me I would get a call from their president in the next 3 days. I want to be perfectly clear here Mike Wild was professional and super fun to talk to.
33 days later I get a call and it is the owner. I don't know this guy's name or anything about him except for he was absolutely intolerable by any reasonable standard. He told me I didn't get the original call I was told I would get because I was "still 6 weeks from graduation". He said that I would be starting at an "Entry Level Position making $13-15 an hour". I am about to graduate with my Masters of Architecture. I will not get out of bed for $13 an hour. Richard Spoor (the president of ELogHomes) is a bad dude. He has poor reviews from the Better Business Bureau , horrible reviews from past employees on Glassdoor and I cannot believe anyone who is currently working for him is happy.
