Interviewed at their office. They have curtains for walls so the entire staff could hear the interview. They didn’t seem prepared, like they forgot about the interview. The front desk person interviewed me first and then 2 of their current design employees. I don’t think the front desk person really knew what to ask or what my answers meant as she wasn’t a designer, it was awkward. The 2 employees were nice and very friendly, you could tell they knew design as they were asking the right questions. A third party was supposed to interview me as well but she was “on a call”.
