I was invited to a 1st stage interview with the hiring manager. 10 minutes before the call I logged into the call only to see the link had expired. All communication had come through an automated alias with 'no reply' (this is important) so I didn't know the email alias to be able to reach the hiring manager to send a new link. After figuring out the alias, I managed to send an email to the hiring manager to request a new link. She then replied, 30 minutes into the interview slot, to say that she had emailed me to let me know they would have to reschedule. This is a complete lie as if I had received an email from them, their alias would be in my inbox somewhere. I have then followed up twice since then and been completely ghosted. This is such a poor candidate experience, it makes me glad I didn't join a company with such a terrible culture for treating potential candidates this way. Do better.
