I was contacted for an interview shortly after submitting my application by a recruiter asking me to provide some time options for an initial interview. I followed up right away, and the recruiter simply ghosted me. I reached out to the recruiter to follow up and was met with crickets. The job was still posted when I checked. It was not only super unprofessional but left a bad taste regarding the company and my desire to ever want to work there.
