Invitation to interview: Screened by phone
Office interview: Met with Senior Staff Accountant and Director of Revenue & Finance. Interview lasted an hour, conversation dialogue was very open and questions were encouraged. Probably on
of the most enjoyable interviews that I've ever attended because the company culture was discussed and not sugar-coated.
Follow up emails were returned and was kept up to date during the hiring process. Indeed.com had over 25 applicants respond at the time I applied. Total of 8 days passed until I received a final decision.
Interviewers explained that the department work environment can get hectic with lots of activity during the workday, would I feel comfortable with this?
How well would I work with site managers and what would I do if a deadline were approaching and the essential documents needed were not submitted on time.
