I was interviewed once, said that there would be a second interview, but was hired without it. I heard that they hire without caring much about who they hire. Like, basically, it's easy to get the job. The interview was any basic interview.

Over the phone. Ask questions to understand reason for pursuing job and level of commitment and medical background. Takes about 10-20min over the phone. They take a few days to review everything, and then get back to you with a decision.

**Be aware, between your interview and getting hired may take months before you even get on-site to train. pay starts at $8 then $10 after 6 weeks of work. Recommend for hospital/clinical experience only.**

1. Tell us about a time you had a steep learning curve and how you overcame it?
2. How do you handle fast-paced environments with a lot of information being given to you?
3. How would you handle a situation where your provider gives you constructive criticism, and how would you try to fix your mistakes for future purposes?
Process took 2+ months to even receive an interview offer. Took the interview which was easy and short over the phone. Half of it was basically next steps while also mentioning how I would get a call back the next day on what to do next. I did not get a call so I email a follow up which they respond to days later saying they hired another candidate. Why lie to the people being interviewed telling them about the next steps and asking for a schedule and availability only to say they are not hired. Previous experience with another offer from this company shows they are unprofessional and untimely.
