I was head hunted from a recruiter for a role as CFO eastern Europe. First stage was the head-hunter, second stage was an interview at their HQ in Saint-Cloud, Ile-de-France. The interview started at 9:45 and finished at 14:15. The interview was 4.5 hours long with one single person the manager made of a fit interview, case study, and management discussions. I just had one coffee and he did not invite me for lunch. They did not reach back to me, the head-hunter told me two weeks later my profile was interesting but too senior for the position.
