Entrevista
I filed out a personality test and then was asked for a one on one interview. For the one on one I met with a HR representative for an hour. Basic behavioral interview, did not receive much feedback but heard quickly after the interview that I did not make the next round.

This was one of the hardest interview processes I have ever gone through. There are many rounds to the interview, and they use the “STAR” process (you can look this up). If you are interviewing for this company, it’s imperative to study this process so you know how to answer questions correctly. I made it through to the final round of interviews (it was between myself and one other person). In the end, they went with someone more familiar with the territory.

Interview was by phone. It was not very long maybe 20 minutes. I didn't feel like a connected with the person who was interviewing me. I did not receive a follow up interview.

They fly you out and cover your travel expenses and stay through reimbursement. There’s generally two managers playing good cop bad cop. Overall a good interview process and very standard scenarios questions.
