I regret not realizing that completing the tests they sent me, then record 5-7 videos (they claim this whole thing would only take 5 minutes), only for them to review a few seconds of one video and then send a rejection email, was their process. It appears that they are primarily focused on gathering as many CVs and data as possible for their own benefit at this stage.
