Interviewed with direct manager who's on exec team first, and the conversation was fantastic, and very much an actual conversation. Second round was back to back interviews with potential coworkers, and again, very conversational and really interesting. Finally, interview with the CEO for final round - succinct out of necessity, but great questions and he has a clear understanding of what he's looking for, which is most refreshing.
