Received voicemail to contact for phone interview. A 30 min. phone interview was scheduled with the hiring director. The hiring director joined the phone conference 15 minutes late. She finally joined and was clearly going through the motions while alluding to the desire to promote an internal applicant. I was unimpressed. She did not want to interview me and it was obvious. She was someone I would not have wanted to work for, so no loss. She is a poor ambassador for the company.
