Referred to a completely different job posting than the one I applied to. Insisted the salary was a lower number. Next Round - a Zoom meeting is set up by yet another recruiter. I ask this second recruiter to send me the job posting so I'm sure we're on the same page. Sends me a job posting completely different than the previous two and quotes me a salary which is of course, completely different. I prepare as best I can based on the latest job posting they sent. Round Three: The Zoom call is conducted with bug-eyes condescension and the parties involved start listing job duties required of me that none of the previous job postings listed. Very arrogant toward me as if their idiocy was my mistake. They keep mentioning diversity and inclusion while I keep hoping for competency and professionalism. None in sight.
