I applied for the job August 18th, I was contacted for a phone interview August 20th and scheduled the next day interview. The phone interview is fairly simple. They go over job history and then ask 2 or 3 questions a typical interviewer would ask. Monday August 24th I was called and asked to come into the office to do a face to face interview. There were 3 managers present doing a panel interview. Typical questions for a call center interview. August 31st is when I received a call for a job offer. Received official job offer letter on September 2nd. Currently waiting for background check to go through. Be as through and know the specific dates of your past jobs or you will have to send info to the background check company. Start date is September 14th! I'm very excited for the opportunity.
