Terrible and laughable. Whatever miscommunication occurred, it sucked the lowest person on the totem pole had to deliver it (talent coordinator who was probably just being told things after-the-fact). Here's a timeline of the occurrence: - 4/16 - applied - 4/18 - got an email for a quick phone screen; confirmed for 4/20 - 4/20 - recruiter text 2 minutes before call to reschedule for later; recruiter called at the incorrect time but went through with it anyway; she stated someone would send an email to schedule an interview - 4/24 - email from talent coordinator to schedule interview for 4/27 - 4/24 (3 hours later) - automated email that position was filled - 4/24 - confused but hopeful that perhaps this was a mistake, I confirmed the time - 4/25 - didn't hear back so followed up for update; talent coordinator emailed saying position was filled Completely laughable and unprofessional process; and highly confused how within 1 week they hired someone (while continuing to email others about interviews). Perhaps I'm the 1% that this happened to but I have a feeling based on other reviews this is a larger problem. Fix your process (or your HR team) please so they can respect people's time.

Asked if I worked with Medicare before. I responded yes.

I had a phone screen with anthem. They’ll tell you what salary range is and asked if I would like to move forward with submitting my resume onto the next round. I declined because salary range was too low and non negotiable.

I applied on Anthem's website in January 2021 through a referral link shared by a friend who is an employee. After a month, I asked her if she had heard anything from HR about my application; she talked to HR who then said there'd been some restructuring in the marketing dept so they'd gotten behind in reviewing applications. Shortly after that, I was given a video interview assignment to complete that consisted of 4-5 questions that I had to answer via video recording and upload. I found this interview process terribly frustrating because there wasn't another person to have a conversation with. There was a time limit and you are given the option to re-record your responses, so after several "takes", this took me the better part of a working day. I submitted my video interview at the end of February and it is the middle of May and I've not heard anything since from Anthem.

I was asked to describe a project I'd managed from start to finish. Another question asked how I would handle changes in priorities/direction and how that would be communicated.
