I had an interview with Elevance. The initial recruiter sent me an invitation for an interview. The invitation had no specific description of what the interview would be like. So, like any normal applicant. I would assume it’s an initial interview that gives information about the position. It wasn’t. My first interview was a technical/coding interview. Jumped right into the IDE to begin coding. I hadn’t coded in C# for a while. Remembering syntax would be difficult if you haven’t coded in C# for some months. I asked if I could use Python because it is syntax friendly and I could provide the logic that way. The interviewer said no. They said I would get another chance at an interview. Then, later sent me an email saying they moved on. This is clearly an unorganized and terrible place to work for. They didn’t give me a chance to prepare for a coding interview. Provided no information on the position. I could imagine how they treat their employees.

Build a program that takes a list of integers. If a number is divisible by 2 print “fizz”. If a number is divisible by 3 print “buzz”. If it’s divisible by any other number print fizzbuzz.
Have 3 or more round. After pre-screening , you may have the technical and manager round. Each step needs to be success to move to other round. The interview will be on phone or team setup based on the availability

All rounds of the Interview process was good. Technical roynd was of about 40 mins. aptitude test was also good and time taken 20mins, HR round also need to involved there are some basi questions and salary.

Interviewers didn’t have camera on, but asked me to have mine. They got annoyed when screenshare didn’t work on teams for me two interviewers didn’t even introduce themselves. There question wasn’t clear at first, but it was very basic.
