Me postulé a través de un reclutador. Acudí a una entrevista en Elevance Health (Houston, TX) en may 2022
Entrevista
There was no interview process.
I applied for the job, was selected, and then invited to a virtual hiring event.
I scheduled the day off with my current job and prepared for the event. I sat online, in the waiting queue, with over 100 other applicants, for about 3 hours.
3 hours I waited and waited and waited...
Finally, a blurb pops up and stated that "This event has ended." A work day and my valuable time wasted because Anthem has a shoddy and ridiculous hiring process.
You would think a company this big and this old could be a lot less stupid, incompetent, and unprofessional. Unfortunately not.
10 hiring managers were online to oversee hundreds. Statistically you would never have an opportunity if you didn't get there on time.
Horrible. I would never apply with them again. I lost money that day.
I hate Anthem.

Behavioral question, all based around being an account manager. If you don't have experience and looking to pivot this might not be for you. They want you to have previous account manager experience.
Seamless, straight forward and easy to navigate the process. I appreciated the texts emails and automated process.
Did not enjoy the talent coordinator not responding to questions about the job.

Typical question/answer to work situations/experience. Why good fit? Why left last work? Etc. Know company history. Be prepared for any testing. Explain what you could do to improve any processes.
