The interview process was laid out in different steps, but went smoothly. I had a phone screening, a self-paced interview in which I answered 5 questions in a timed format, then a virtual interview with a live person. After the last interview, I received a offer the same day from my recruiter; contingent upon a successful pre-employment background screening a drug test which I cleared both.
