You will get a phone interview which last about 15 minutes. If they like you then you will be scheduled to take an online assessment. If that goes well you will be invited to do an interview via skype with managers from two different locations.

Typical question/answer to work situations/experience. Why good fit? Why left last work? Etc. Know company history. Be prepared for any testing. Explain what you could do to improve any processes.
Seamless, straight forward and easy to navigate the process. I appreciated the texts emails and automated process.
Did not enjoy the talent coordinator not responding to questions about the job.
