Pretty simple. There are four women managers who interview you. They ask very base interview questions. I was told a week later I got the job but then did not start training for three weeks which sucked because I had to get another job waiting for this training to start.

The first interview was a recorded Q&A. You had 3 tries to get the recorded response you wanted. The second interview was a 30 minute interview on Microsoft Teams. The manager was polite, personable, and the interview was casual.

Web camera interview then a second interview. Job offer a week later. Job offer was sent via Email and then quick phone call for offer. Congratulations letter followed the same day and then background check

Interview was good , they asks lots of questions just answer them with confidence I say . Questions can get a little tricky in the interview but you can do it
