The process from applying to getting an interview took several weeks. Once I received an interview, it was kind of like a speed dating thing. I was put into a treatment room in a clinic and I ended up speaking to five different people within the organization at different times. They seem to be running several interviews at the same time. No one quite seem to know what was going on and it appeared to be very disorganized. I had not heard anything for a few weeks,I sent a follow-up email. They called me and asked if I wanted to interview for another position which was the same position I was already in. I did not feel the need to make a lateral move

I have not interviewed with the company yet. I will be interviewing on Friday with about 7 or 8 people. I have applied for several positions with Elevance and this is my first interview with the director and hiring manager.
