2 interviews, one on the phone and one in person. There was role playing questions. I was asked to submit to a background check and that process took a couple of weeks and I had to provide copies of my w2's.

Interview was mainly centered around if you are comfortable working with disadvantaged individuals and in potential poor areas. They also went over background and why you wanted the job and how impactful of a job it is.
