Very organized and specific for the position. Interview was over an hour long with multiple managers in the room. A bit tense and overwhelming. It was a 6-week process, and I had hoped it would be sooner than that.

It’s a teams interview with a panel. Only one manager had their camera on. Started the interview with describing the role of the position and asked if the work schedule was acceptable. Then behavioral questions and followed by clinical questions.
