Entrevista
I was greeted by a supervisor who would be one of the 2 individuals who interviewed me. I was escorted to the interview room. I was given some background information about the company and was asked a few preliminary questions like "are you aware that this is a call center job and will require you to sit for extended periods of time?" Then I was asked 10-12 situational questions. Questions did require some thought. Sometimes follow up questions were asked to initial questions. Interview was between 30-45 minutes.

The first interview was a recorded Q&A. You had 3 tries to get the recorded response you wanted. The second interview was a 30 minute interview on Microsoft Teams. The manager was polite, personable, and the interview was casual.

Web camera interview then a second interview. Job offer a week later. Job offer was sent via Email and then quick phone call for offer. Congratulations letter followed the same day and then background check

Interview was good , they asks lots of questions just answer them with confidence I say . Questions can get a little tricky in the interview but you can do it
