Entrevista
Phone screening with UK-based HR team, then 30min call with Head of Marketing, then two 30min calls with territory marketing managers. All interviews were friendly and personable, with one interviewer even signing off "I guess the next time we speak will be on your first day". No technical questions or evaluation, many qualitative personality-based, a few of the STAR style questions asked. Received a short email saying candidates with a more analytical background were being pursued, and no feedback was given despite an explicit request.

Entrevista
Very pleasant experience, every HR is very responsive , in a timely manner and super nice. Phone with HR, HM, Data Exercise, onsite. And every team member is super nice too.

Data Exercise is very hard, but interesting to think through it, it is the data the team normally deal with. They gave a couple of days to finish it. Then it is onsite, everyone has its creative questions, not dull and stereotype at all. Of course, introduce is a must.
