Pulled into two interviews initially, went well, not a lot of scrutiny to get in the door. Later, interviews for promotions were considerably different. It felt like managers i had been working with for years had not really been paying attention to my career growth, and ignored metrics and achievements in favor of filigreed, vague statements that fit into a career advancement system that is loosely defined, and does not stretch farther than the bottom rung, IE: Managers don't use it on their level, even though they say they do.

Very seamless. I was invited to interview with four members of the team in one day and was offered the position fairly quickly. My recruiter was responsive, friendly, and answered any questions i had during the process.
