      Entrevista

      I had 2 interviews. The first interview went well, then they asked me to do a task. After the task, I got another interview. The trouble with the interview process is that both interviewers do not speak English clearly. I don't want to be rude but their accent didn't help me understand what they are speaking. Also, the second one was really rude. I was speaking and explaining each answer while she kept saying "aha". That is not a professional attitude. It was hard to understand her English and she kept saying "aha" the whole time while I was speaking, which made the whole process a not so pleasant experience. Also, I initially applied to Head of Online Academy and then I got the invite with another title, Course Online Producer. I looked up their website and they change the title for the position. Maybe it was to offer less salary or just because of a disorganized HR department.

      Hi! Thank you for sharing your experience of your interview. We are sorry you are disappointed. ElectroNeek is an American startup but we work all over the world. We are proud that our team is international, our employees work in 90 cities in 16 countries. For many of our team members, English is the second language. And we support our employees by providing them with free language courses. In any case, everyone has a different accent, and we are not afraid to ask if something is not clear. Please, feel free to ask when you have any questions. We are saddened that you felt the manager's manner of communication was rude. Our interviewers have a list of questions they'd like to ask. So unfortunately they have to interrupt to guide the talk and cover the most important parts and stay within the timeframe. Just like repeating positive supporting confirmation, which was good intent, we are sorry that this didn't sit well with you. We will definitely take into account your feedback to improve the quality of our work. Regarding the position's title change - when we get few or irrelevant applications to our job post, we are trying hard to find solutions - vacancy naming correction is one of them. That doesn't influence the budget. We wish you the best of luck in all your future endeavors!
