1 - Initial HR call with Recruiter 2 - Behavioral round with Manager and another Dev 3 - Technical round, Pair Programming with two senior devs (leetcode easy/medium). Also had System design question of a project you have worked on in the past. 4 - Meeting with Director for team match and a few technical questions Reason I gave a negative overall experience is because everything went smooth until after the technical round. Initially the recruiter told me there was only two steps the behavioral and the tech round would be the final round. After the "final round" I got a call from the recruiter saying everything went well and gave the impression a offer was coming through. Two weeks go by and I finally hear back after I reached out to see what was going on. Then I was told the recruiter is waiting for more feedback? After another week goes by and now I have to meet with the director. I was told this meeting would be informal and more of a team match call. I go into the call and I was being asked technical questions. The questions were fairly easy but I was not prepared for this type of interview going in. I felt the conversation still went very well but I was given an automatic rejection email a week later. Whole process took about 2 months.

Three rounds. First was HR screening, which was basic questions about experience and behavioral. Second round was with HR manager and a developer, both behavioral and technical questions. Third round was with Director and senior developer, purely technical round with programming practice. A bit of practice playing with concepts of Strings, Collections and Data Structures will make the third round easy.
