Interview was with the rehab director and the interview was scheduled after a brief phone call. The interview was held in a small office adjacent to the treatment room with the door cracked. Another therapist was treating a patient in the room next door. Interview was based on current job and why I was leaving that position. Interviewer appeared to have something else on their mind during the interview.
