The interview process was broken down into 4 rounds - Phone screen wit internal recruiter - 1:1 Competency interview with Iteration Manager and Aptitude Test - Case study / role-play with multiple Iteration Managers - 1:1 with Head of Delivery Overall the experience was quick and professional. Really enjoyed the fact that the interviews were conducted by people doing the same role.

4 rounds - initial phone screen, then face to face to gauge knowledge about the area, then case study to actually see you in action and lastly interview with one of the directors
