In the beginning, everything unfolded professionally. The recruiter was objective, showed a lot of interest in hiring me. We had a first interview via remote human resources, where everything went very well. Then I was selected for the technical interview. The technical interview was required in face-to-face mode, something that surprised me. However, I agreed to it. The day I go, I had to wait an hour and a half to be attended. Then the technical manager focused on asking me personal questions instead of professional ones. 1 month later I get the feedback that they need someone with initiative, experience and well docile? In conclusion, from the technical interview to the feedback, the process was unprofessional. The feedback, besides contradictory, warns that they work with authoritarianism. That I understood when they say "Very docile". Spanish: En un principio todo se desenvolvió profesionalmente. La reclutadora fue objetiva, mostró mucho interés en contratarme. Tuvimos una primera entrevista, de recursos humanos, vía remota donde todo salió muy bien. Luego fui seleccionado para la entrevista técnica. La entrevista técnica fue exigida en modo presencial, algo que me extrañó. Sin embargo, accedí a la misma. El día que voy tuve que esperar hora y media para que me atendieran. Luego el gerente técnico se enfocó en hacerme preguntas personales en vez de profesionales. 1 mes después recibo la realimentación de que ellos necesitan a alguien con iniciativa, experiencia y ¿bien dócil? En conclusión, desde la entrevista técnica hasta la realimentación, el proceso fue poco profesional. La realimentación, además de contradictoria, advierte que trabajan con autoritarismo.
