I applied online a few times before someone got back to me, eventually I got a phone call to arrange an interview. The first interview was with recruitment she was very friendly, she asked personal questions to get to know me and my personality. After the interview I received a phone call to arrange a second interview, the second interview was more formal I was interviewed by an ops manager and asked technical questions about operating systems etc. I recieved a phone call a week later to say I got the job and had to attend 2 weeks training.

I was brought into an office and had a chat for around 15 minutes just about my experience, interests etc. Ended up feeling quite informal which was nice. All round an enjoyable interview, given that I had been nervous beforehand. I was offered the job while I was in the car home which has to be the fastest I've ever been employed.
