A total of three different in person interview, the first one included also a techincal part. The second one was with the responsabile of HR and the responsabile of the R&D section of the company, at the end of the last one they proposed to me a job offer
Three steps: HR, technical and management. Typical HR interview with attitude and past experience questions, then a quite difficult technical interview with a final meeting with the management. Opportunities are presented very well.

* the first one is a preliminary screen with an external consultant
* then an second interview with HR as a preview about you and the company
* the third and the fourth one are technical interviews with R&D managers
