Applied, received a request to schedule a phone interview. Spoke with one of the managers over the phone for about 30 minutes, thought it went pretty well. After being ghosted for weeks, trying to follow up with them to get some sort of update, I received absolutely no response. After waiting 3 weeks exactly without a clue of what was going on, I received a generic, automated rejection email sent from their applicant tracking system. Pretty disappointing experience coming from someone who also works in Talent/Recruitment. Eide Bailly, you need to step your communication game up, or at least provide candidates with a semi-personal rejection after ghosting them for weeks!
