I applied for the position on LinkedIn and had a call with Chris in recruitment. Fairly straightforward, asked me a couple of questions then went on to talk about the role. Asked what my Salary expectations were and was told I was in the ballpark of what they would offer and I would be invited to interview in a couple of days. The company have then re advertised the position today with a lower salary. Im actively looking for work so better to be honest rather then waste my time. Bad company ethics
