The hiring process left me with a negative impression of the company. While the recruiter was pleasant and helpful, my experience with the hiring manager was disappointing. The interview began with the manager saying, "let's make this quick," which immediately gave me the sense that she wasn't invested in the conversation. When I mentioned some points from my conversation with the recruiter, the hiring manager dismissed them, saying the recruiter didn’t understand the role's requirements. This created confusion about what was actually expected for the position. The interview felt rushed and impersonal, and it ended rather abruptly. It wasn’t a welcoming or engaging experience, and there was little attempt to connect. Afterward, I followed up multiple times but never received any response or feedback, not even to let me know that I wasn’t moving forward. The lack of communication and professionalism left me with a bad impression of the company's culture and hiring process.
