My skills matched a number of vacancies, so team leaders from three different teams were in the interview, along with the CEO and HR people. The actual interview was not overly skill-based, it seemed mainly to be about how well I'd fit into the company. A trial day followed, which consisted of a basic programming/debugging test, followed by a demonstration of the ability to do the job I was best suited for. Lunch was provided.
