I applied for one position and received a call requesting I interview for a more senior position a few days later. The interview went well overall, but when I had the opportunity to ask questions, I asked about how they handle constructive feedback at the organizational level (based on the reviews I saw on Glassdoor), as I was leaving a company that did not handle feedback well at all. The interviewers did not seem to like my question and provided what I would consider to be a generic answer. Later, I received the email that I was not selected. There was no offer to let me interview for the original position for which I had applied. End of story.
