FIRST THING: First we need to write our resume in a form given by them and need to stick our photograph.
Written test -1: It was Psychometric test.
Written test -2: For this there will be a Psychiatrist. Questions were from odd man out from given pictures and picture that follows the series.
Written test -3: This was Programming test.
Written test -4: In this test we will be given 2 problems and we need to design digital system for them. They were very tough. I think it was to test our approach because no one knows how to solve
Questions were
It was for 1:30 hours. So at 1 PM they gave us a lunch break for 30 minutes.
Written test -4: In this we were given 15 minutes. 1 Question with a circuit in EDC, 1 Question from networks and 3rd one is what happen if you connect 2 current sources in series. At 2:30 pm Interview session got started.
Interview -1: This interview is about Program which we wrote earlier.
Interview -2: It was Psychiatric interview.
Interview -3: This interview was to explain digital systems which we designed.
EYE TEST: Here we will be asked to read numbers on the door at a distance. Then will be asked to read few paragraphs in old book and then we have to identify figure which is either number or alphabet in a given image which is full of bubbles. In this if we have spectacles, we need to wear them. I have 4 points myopia.
HR: After clearing all rounds, we have to go through HR round. There was no disqualification in this round.
HR will tell about CTC, about work culture, about uniform, bond period. We need to pay them some amount after training to get our certificates and if not then we will have cuttings from our salary every month and we will be paid it completely with bank interest after bond period. He told that they need healthy employees because many sick leaves will make their product delay and they are not ready for it. I agreed to them. Then he gave me a slip and asked me to go to Ramesh hospitals. There we need to have Blood test, urine test and X-Ray. Then we can leave. We need be clear with health, else any problem with health we will be rejected. I have cleared everything. I got placed in EFFTRONICS.
