Goed geregeld en vriendelijke recruiters. Ging allemaal vrij snel alleen wel veel rondes lijkt mij niet helemaal nodig. Case was wel pittig wellicht kunnen ze hier iets anders voor verzinnen het was te inhoudelijk daar kon ik weinig mee. Toch de baan gekregen haha
I had to do 4 rounds of different talks with HR and the Team. Cultural fit and more function related conversations including presenting a QBR case. It was a good experience overall

Very clear and transparent proces. During the first telephone intake all steps are explained, and every steps was very quickly (within one day) followed up with feedback. For me the steps were: - Apply for the position via a letter - First intake with Company recruiter - Second intake with future colleague and team lead from the department that have an open position - Case study with future colleague and team lead The vibe during the whole proces was friendly and informal. So I felt very relaxed during all steps of my application.

Not so much a single question that felt most important to me, but more the role Case Study part. Here you need to dive into to companies day-to-day work, and for my position 'wing' a quarterly presentation to a fictive customer.
