I applied online, got an email from a recruiter for a phone interview, she asked about 7-10 personality questions that took about 20 mins total. Then I was schedule for a 1:1 personal interview with the FA in the local branch, more personality questions (which are similar to the phone interview's). The whole process took about a week. I feel pretty good about it. I recently graduated with BA degree in Finance. My long term goal is becoming a financial planner, so I thought the position would be a great starting point. As of today, 3 weeks later, I have followed-up twice, they say that they are still interviewing. They have not reject me or offer me the position, so I'm assuming that I failed.
