Submitted an application online. Received an automated email inviting me to a virtual interview. Completed screening - it was one sided. The first question was tell me about yourself and about your one of the biggest accomplishments.

How AI would affect, both positively and negatively, Edward Jones. You have to type the answer.
Interview with the hiring manager and another team member, mostly technical questions. Not too easy, not too difficult. Relaxed atmosphere. I think this should be enough for 30 words minimum.

My interview process sounds similar to the other reviews here. Was sent a video interview link to record yourself, which already is a red flag. I recorded the interview, which the questions were average, but I had questions after. I emailed the contact that was given, but totally ghosted. I never heard back from this company and during the whole process, never actually interacted with a real person-only an automated email process. What a joke and people should not interview that a company that is this unresponsive and rude to applicants.
