The entire process takes 3/4 months so make sure you go into it with that understanding. First phone interview was general. They go over basic info. Ask a few STAR questions. Next is an in person with a local advisor. They ask more STAR questions and talk about their journey into the business. Then the 4 hr “Day In The Life” - I found this enjoyable, take it serious and stay active. Then a final interview call with HR manager which is just a recap of all the items you have completed and a few basic interview questions. After that is when the communication drops and you’re in limbo. If you got this far, you’re doing great! Getting assets and logistics takes weeks! But there should be someone assigned to keep checking in with you via phone calls. Take it upon yourself to meet other local Edward Jones Advisors. This is helpful in getting to know your peers and hearing their journey. They will want you to meet with at least 2 locals. They do ask for the last 2 yrs w2s - this is what they base your base salary on (70–75%)

Interview process first consists of numerous dinner events, all very laid back where you get to learn more about the company and the advisors in the region, and they get to learn more about you. If you keep getting invited back to dinners, consider it progress in the interview process. Honestly, the best, most effective interview process.

it's a series of interviews with people in the office then a full-day of simulating the role of the advisor where you're receiving calls from clients and team mates as well as receiving emails. As a career-changer, this was the part of the interview phase where I realized Edward Jones wasn't the right start to my career as a financial advisor and ended up going somewhere that invested in my growth rather than a "sink or swim" type of place.
