The first interview is an on-demand interview. You have a few prompts and have to record yourself answering questions. If that goes well you will be offers an in person/zoom interview. The final interview is usually with the financial advisor you are applying to work with.

I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.

Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.
