Q3: Please tell me about a time when you came up with an idea to enhance a process to help yourself, your team, or your department improve performance. What were the details of your idea, how did you advocate for the change and what was the outcome?

I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.

Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.
