The interview and hiring process is lengthy. There is an online application, and then a request for a phone interview, then in-person interview, and then if you are offered a position the hiring process is grueling. Very detailed work history, drug testing, fingerprinting. all said and done it takes 4-6 weeks, minimum.

Name a time you had a conflict with a co-worker and how did you handle it?
Long process with many steps. First start with video interview where you are given three tries to record your response. Next was a chat with their recruiter and some online testing.
Thorough venting process before interviews begin. They hire and promote from within so it can be hard to even get an interview. It is best to have someone you know fill out a letter of recommendation on their website when applying for a job.

Phone interview asked typical behavioral questions, 1:1 interview was unusual but FA told me it would be different in advance. Just moved to last step in interview process so don't know if I will get an offer or not.
