Initial phone interview. Very short, a few typical interview questions (below). However, they emailed to inform me I was being selected to continue to the next phase of the interview process; only problems: the email said I had 48 hours to complete the remainder of the required documents (that are only released preceding the second phase), and I had just left with my wife to help my sister following her husband's death (and I didn't have access to a computer at the time). When I tried email them, the emails were pushed back with errors. However, they did send the Phase 2 application materials again, saying (again) that I had 48 hours, yet they emailed me less than 24 hours later to say they chose to go with someone else. The interview process included a phone interview with a recruiter, recorded video responses to multiple prompts, and finally an in-person interview with the financial advisor. The process took several weeks.
